Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager/Health and Safety Associate is responsible to provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Health and Safety Departments.  The position requires the ability to take direction and to work independently to support the completion of defined goals and objectives.

$24/hr+ Based On Experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop a working relationship with Departmental Supervisors to:
      • Recruit and screen applications
      • Hire employees
      • Manage Employees
      • Perform Employee Reviews
        • Create reports for use in employee review
      • Attend job fairs representing Patriot Equipment to recruit new employees
      • Guide employees to the correct manager to resolve conflicts
    • Conduct Training
      • Initial training of new employees
      • Monthly safety meetings
      • Conduct meetings/trainings to educate employees of policies and benefits
      • Use of Google Documents to create trainings
    • Maintain Records/Policies/Reports
      • Employee records
      • Health and Safety policies/guidelines to align with OSHA standards
      • Company policies to keep current with changing regulations
      • Complete and file reports in a timely manner

Welder

Welder/Fabricator

Shifts Available

  • First Shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday)

Position Summary

The welder/fabricator will be responsible to weld/fabricate parts and assemblies of various material thicknesses and sizes.  The welder/fabricator must have knowledge/experience with MIG welding.  Position requires a team orientated attitude and goal setting. 

Starting Wage: $24/Hr+, $2/Hr Second And Third Shift Differential, Weekend Shift Works 36 And Gets Paid For 40 Hours

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to operate and read a tape measure
  • Work as a team member
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs on a regular basis
  • Operate a forklift/industrial trucks
  • Meet with and follow direction of supervisor
  • Weld various thicknesses and sizes of sheet metal, tube, angle, formed sheets, and etc
  • Ability to weld in position and out of position
  • Ability to use jigs/fixtures to fabricate parts
  • Desire to learn
  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Operate various fabricating equipment
  • Keep work area clean

Welding Robot Operator

Welding Robot Operator

  • Second Shift (2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday-Thursday)

Position Summary

The Welding Robot Operator will be responsible for preparing and loading parts and assemblies before being welded in a robot welder.  The Welding Robot Operator must have knowledge/experience with MIG welding and jigging.  Position requires a team orientated attitude and goal setting.

Painter

Industrial Painter

Shifts Available

  • First Shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday)
  • Second Shift (2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday-Thursday)

Position Summary

The industrial painter will be responsible for properly applying primer and paint coatings to various products.  You must have a team orientated attitude, problem solving skills, and be detail orientated.

Starting Wage: $22/Hr+$2/Hr Second Shift Differential

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces to be coated on large and small assemblies using variety of chemicals and solvents
  • Correctly mix primer and paint for correct application
  • Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment
  • Correct use of wet paint guns
  • Correct use of electrostatic paint system
  • Ability to properly apply coatings to products
  • Maintain paint booth (clean, change filters, repair broken equipment)
  • Maintain painting equipment
  • Properly wear/use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):  Respirators, paint suits, safety glasses, gloves, etc
  • Clean work areas
  • Follow schedules for on time delivery of products
  • Work in a team atmosphere
  • Operate forklifts/industrial trucks
  • Proper use of paint hooks and paint racks for hanging parts/assemblies
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to differentiate between colors

Assembler

Assembler

  • First Shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday thru Friday)

Position Summary

The assembler position will be responsible for assembling products to get them ready for shipment.  This position requires a team orientated attitude, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. 

Starting Wage: $20/Hr+

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble large and small assemblies using fasteners and a variety of items
  • Maintain assigned tool box with tools
  • Maintain equipment
  • Clean work area
  • Perform quality control to ensure products are assembled completely and correctly
  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Work independently and/or as a team
  • Ability to work to a schedule for on time delivery of products
  • Use hand and power tools for assembly of products
  • Use a variety of equipment to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Ability to apply decals in an orderly and detailed manner
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints to correctly assemble products.
  • Ability to test final assembly and determine if working correctly or not
  • Understand assigned serial numbers and attach to correct assembly.
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Assist in loading/unloading trucks
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, etc) for assigned task
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
