Welding Technician / Fabricator
Shifts Available
- First Shift (6:00am-2:30pm; Monday-Friday)
- Second Shift (2:30pm-1:00am; Monday-Thursday)
Position Summary
The Welding Technician / Fabricator welds and fabricates metal parts and assemblies used in agricultural equipment, working from drawings, measurements, and fixtures to produce strong, accurate components that support final product assembly.
Starting Wage: Up To $24/Hr+, $2/Hr Second And Weekend Shift Differential, Weekend Shift Works 36 And Gets Paid For 40 Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate metal components of varying sizes and thicknesses using approved welding and fabrication equipment
- Read basic measurements, drawings, and work instructions to complete welds accurately
- Prepare and position materials using jigs, fixtures, and fabrication tools
- Inspect finished welds for quality, fit, and structural integrity
- Maintain welding and fabrication equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE, and work collaboratively to meet production needs
Qualifications
- Completion of at least one year of welding-related schooling or prior experience in an industrial welding or fabrication environment
- Working knowledge of welding processes and ability to weld various material thicknesses and positions
- Ability to read and interpret measurements, basic drawings, and fabrication layouts
- Experience using fabrication tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, jigs, and fixtures
- Ability to work safely in a production environment, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn company-specific products, processes, and quality standards
Industrial Paint Technician
Shifts Available
- First Shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday)

Position Summary
The industrial painter will be responsible for properly applying primer and paint coatings to various products. You must have a team orientated attitude, problem solving skills, and be detail orientated.
Starting Wage: $20/Hr+, $2/Hr Second Shift Differential
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, coat, and finish parts and assemblies using primers, paints, and industrial coating systems
- Operate and maintain paint booths, spray equipment, and related tools
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following PPE and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively to meet production schedules and quality expectations
- Perform material handling tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds and operating industrial equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Prior industrial or painting experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working with multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance
Assembly Technician
Shifts Available

Position Summary
Patriot Equipment is looking to add an Assembly Technician to our growing team. Assembly Technicians build and finish agricultural equipment using hand and power tools, drawings, measurements, and work instructions. This position requires a willingness to learn, the ability to use basic tools, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.
Starting Wage: $20/Hr+
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble equipment using hand and power tools
- Work independently or as a team to meet production needs and delivery timelines
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe
- Read basic drawings, instructions, and measurements
- Perform quality checks and functional testing to ensure products are working properly
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn company products, processes, and standards
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt when issues arise
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Prior assembly, mechanical, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
Custodian / Groundskeeper
Position Summary
The Custodian / Groundskeeper helps keep our building, grounds, and work areas clean, safe, and ready for production. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. You’ll handle a variety of everyday cleaning, groundskeeping, and facility upkeep tasks.
Starting Wage: $16-$20
Key Responsibilities
- Keep facility interiors, common areas, and work areas clean, including breakrooms, restrooms, and other shared spaces
- Sweep floors, operate the floor sweeper, and remove trash.
- Refuel forklifts and help keep equipment ready for employees
- Mow, trim, and weed grounds during the warmer months and assist with snow removal and ice safety during winter.
- Assist with basic building upkeep, preventative maintenance, and simple repairs
Qualifications
- Willing to perform a variety of tasks.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Able to safely use basic tools and equipment, or willing to learn.
- Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work as needed.
