Second Shift Supervisor

Second Shift Supervisor

  • Second Shift (2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday-Thursday)

Position Summary

The Second Shift Supervisor will be responsible to supervise all second shift departments.  The Supervisor will keep all employees on task and coordinate with the other supervisors to keep all departments on pace to meet departmental goals.  The position will require the ability to be a leader, have strong organizational skills, perform in a team atmosphere and have good communication skills.

Starting Wage: $25/Hr+, $2/Hr Night Shift Differential

Mechanical Draftsman

Mechanical Draftsman

Position Summary

The Mechanical Draftsman is responsible for product development; maintaining the current product line and working as a team member as well as the ability to work independently.  This position will be challenging and rewarding as the individual works towards defined goals and objectives. 

Starting Wage: $37,000-$60,000

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable With CAD 3D Modeling Software (Inventor, Solid works, etc.)

Brake Press Operator

Position Summary

The Brake Press Operator will be responsible for the correct set up, operation and maintenance of the brake press to form metal parts.  This position requires problem solving skills, must be detail orientated, and able to operate computers.

Starting Wage: $18/Hr+, $2/Hr Night Shift Differential

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect machine prior to use to be sure it is safe to operate
  • Set up machine for operation selecting correct tooling
  • Program the machine for correct operation for the correct bends and in the correct areas
  • Set up and use safety devices to prevent injuries
  • Inspect material to be sure it is adequate for use
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Work as a team when needing assistant to handle material
  • Inspect parts to be sure they are correctly formed

Welder/Fabricator

Welder/Fabricator

Position Summary

The welder/fabricator will be responsible to weld/fabricate parts and assemblies of various material thicknesses and sizes.  The welder/fabricator must have knowledge/experience with MIG welding.  Position requires a team orientated attitude and goal setting. 

Starting Wage: $18/Hr+, $2/Hr Night Shift Differential

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to operate and read a tape measure
  • Work as a team member

The industrial painter will be responsible for properly applying primer and paint coatings to various products.  You must have a team orientated attitude, problem solving skills, and be detail orientated.

Starting Wage: $18/Hr+

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces to be coated on large and small assemblies using variety of chemicals and solvents
  • Correctly mix primer and paint for correct application
  • Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment
  • Correct use of wet paint guns
  • Correct use of electrostatic paint system
  • Ability to properly apply coatings to products
  • Maintain paint booth (clean, change filters, repair broken equipment)
  • Maintain painting equipment
  • Properly wear/use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):  Respirators, paint suits, safety glasses, gloves, etc
  • Clean work areas
  • Follow schedules for on time delivery of products
  • Work in a team atmosphere

Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance Assistant

Position Summary

The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for routine maintenance of equipment and machinery as well as building and ground maintenance.  The Maintenance Assistant will have a daily routine as well as take direction from the Head of Maintenance.  

Starting Wage: $18/Hr+

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Correctly read and use varying measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, etc)
  • Perform industrial truck maintenance
  • Operate industrial trucks and scissor lifts
  • Change light bulbs and fixtures
  • Read and interpret owner/maintenance manuals
  • Air compressor maintenance and repair
  • Maintain pallet racking
  • Light carpentry
  • Light electrical (changing light bulbs and electrical fixtures)
  • Light mechanical (change seals in cylinders and mechanical functions with industrial trucks)
  • Maintain production equipment (machines, welders, presses, and paint booth)
  • Work with purchasing to order correct parts for needed repairs
  • Record and file maintenance forms and records for equipment
