Seed Treaters
Patriot Seed Treaters offer a reliable and economical way to apply chemicals to seed. Our treatment delivery systems supply a calibrated, pressurized flow of treatment to the spray tips. The systems have a 14” wide stream of seed up to 1 ½” thick, inoculating up to 10 units per minute, flowing through a 3 tiered bean ladder with chemical being applied on every tier. This allows for complete and even coverage of the chemicals being applied. treatment rates can vary from 3 to 10 units per minute depending on the coverage needed.

Our box hopper are designed to have seed dumped into the top and angered or conveyored at the bottom.

Bean Ladder
The bean ladder we is a three tie bean ladder with removable wind covers and an adjustable seed gate to control the flow of grain.
Chemical Spray Systems
We offer both a single and dual chemical spray system. Each come with multiple nozzles and a rinse tank, resulting in an even coverage. These systems can be used for inoculate or fungicide.
Letdown Ladder
The letdown ladder slows down the grain as it exits the auger or conveyor, stopping it from bouncing or cracking the grain.
